How quotations work
Send one model file and your contact details. We’ll check the request and message you with the price and next steps. Submitting the form does not charge you, start printing, or promise a delivery date.
Material and file limits
The service is PLA only. Send one STL, 3MF, or OBJ file up to 50 MB. The maximum model envelope is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Tell us your quantity, colour preferences, and any other details in the notes or when we message you.
Collection and courier
You can request appointment collection in Singapore. Singapore courier is also available as a separate quote; the courier charge is not hidden inside the initial file submission.
After your request
Keep the reference shown after upload. We aim to reply within one business day through your selected WhatsApp or email channel. Accepted single-part PLA prints typically take 2–4 business days after verified payment; other work receives a confirmed date. You decide whether to proceed after receiving the quote.
Terms for the beta
Do not send files you do not have permission to use. PrintYa may decline unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable requests. The quote is valid only for the stated model, quantity, material, and requirements until confirmed in writing.
